This channel is managed through our Human Resources platform (Bizneo HR), ensuring a secure, confidential process in compliance with legal requirements.

The Portuguese Law No. 93/2021, of December 20th, establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers of infractions, transposing into the domestic legal order the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23rd of 2019.

Pursuant to article 8 of the aforementioned Law, this Internal Whistleblower Channel is intended for the submission of complaints, in writing, by Employees or third parties. The complaint can be submitted anonymously or not. The complaint may concern infractions that have been committed, are being committed or the commission of which can be reasonably predicted, as well as attempts to conceal such infractions. 

MOZANTECH ensures the exhaustive search, integrity and conservation of the complaint, the confidentiality of the identity or anonymity of the complainants and the confidentiality of the identity of third parties mentioned, as well as the exemption and confidentiality in the treatment and investigation of the incident. If the Whistleblower chooses to identify himself, MOZANTECH guarantees that no act of retaliation will take place, under article 21 of the Portuguese Law 93/2021, of December 20th.
